This is a strictly candidate-facing role—no client management! You will own the top and middle of the funnel, focusing entirely on speed, judgment, and candidate quality as you build a deep bench of high-caliber talent.

You will own the top and middle of the funnel, focusing entirely on speed, judgment, and candidate quality as you build a deep bench of high-caliber talent.
What You’ll Do
- Source Executive Assistant, operations, marketing, and senior administrative candidates.
- Run rigorous, structured screens (résumé reviews, written assessments, video intros, live interviews).
- Evaluate candidates on both substance (experience, tools) and presentation (camera professionalism, English fluency, energy).
- Maintain a standing pool of ready-to-endorse candidates to turn around shortlists in days, not weeks.
- Match candidates to client briefs and build polished endorsement packages.
- Keep the ATS strictly updated and recycle strong candidates for future roles.
- Consistently hit weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (with 2+ years placing admin, EA, or ops talent).
- Experience recruiting for US/international clients (you know exactly what a US executive expects).
- Fluent, professional written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter/Boolean sourcing.
- Exceptional judgment to hold the line on quality, even when high volume is tempting.
- A reliable home office setup (fast internet, quality headset, quiet space).
- Nice to have: Remote-staffing/BPO background, multi-country LATAM sourcing experience, or skill in building interview rubrics.
- Fully remote flexibility with USD compensation and uncapped bonuses.
